Fri parkering utanför bra för oss som kom i bil. Bra wifi. Bra frukost. Centralt, tar några minuters promenad nerför backen till restauranger o butiker. Tar cirka 20 min promenad till tågstationen. Sköna sängar. Tyst och lugnt.

Très très bien 👍.
Les photos sont fidèles à l’état des lieux. Chambre aérée et de bonne dimension, propre et les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et intéressant. La distance du port se fait très bien ainsi que pour se rendre au centre où se trouvent les restaurants. Tout se fait à pied. Nous avons laissé la voiture garé tout au long de notre séjour sans qu’il en coûte rien. Je retournerais à cet hôtel n’importe quand.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a 10 minute ride to train station or ferry. Room was clean, and overall space was well kept. Breakfast staff was great and food was as most of these hotels at this level okay. Our room overlooked the harbor and the rooftop area provided great views.

Nicely located, pretty easy to find. Parking for the rental car was free and convenient. Easy walk to the train station for the Cinqua Terra train. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always great. Overall, good value. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Séjour au Cinque Terre
Hôtel confortable parfaitement situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Il y a un trolley bus N° 3 que l'on peut prendre pour se rendre à la gare centrale de La Spezia. L'arrêt se trouve juste au pied des escaliers. Si vous séjournez un dimanche n'hésitez pas à entrer dans la cathédrale qui est surprenante. Un parking gratuit est disponible devant l'hôtel mais les places sont limitées en nombre.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel schön und an superlage, doch sehr veraltet. Den Lift vergrössern und renovieren wäre dringend nötig. Auch wenn bei Hotelbeschreibung Parkplätze steht, ist es nicht ganz richtig. Es hat zwar PP doch sehr begrenzt und sind öffentlich. Somit nie garantie für Parkplatz.

Everything was great. The only negative comment i have is that the hotel advertises the fact thatbthete is parking but they only have 6 spots and you need to find a spot on the street. Le parking public est gratuit mais rare.

Parfait pour visiter les Cinque terre
Alors que les commerçants des Cinque terre vous traitent comme du betail, tant ils sont débordés de touristes, quel bonheur que d’etre si chaleureusement accueilli, dans un hotel calme, propre, fonctionnel.. literie exeptionnelle, chambre au decor tres simple, mais fonctionnel, petit dejeuner extremement complet, à 20’ à pueds de la gare… un excellent rapport qualité prix

Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. We stayed one night and drove to Cinque Terre. Convenient location. The welcoming drink and dinner on the rooftop was really nice. The room was big and clean, bed was comfortable, but a/c didn't work that great. Breakfast was okay.

We stayed in the Delux Condo - this is a really good room and very comfortable. Location- a bit inconvenient especially if you got big luggages. Steep hill and steps. But it’s close to the port! Breakfast- essential foods served there Environment- peace and quiet, away from noise. Got some restaurants nearby.

Établissement rénové avec les chambres propres et la literie parfaite. Par contre les extérieurs ne sont pas faits avec ainsi que le hall d’accueil et la salle de petit déjeuner qui gagneraient à être rénovés et mise en valeur. Sinon le personnel est très sympathique et parle le français.

Great property and location. However, advertised AC and it was not available…should make it known if AC won’t be available since temperatures were in the high 80’s and room was 82 degrees. Also, we arrived around 6:30 pm and could not eat at their restaurant since it was fully booked…

As the staff probably explained you at the time, our system works one way, either hot or cold air and it is the city council to tell us when we can do the switch.As far as the restaurant, we are truly sorry you could not find place. Hôtel agréable - mais insonorisation à revoir
Hôtel un peu excentré mais facilement accessible de la gare (20-25 min à pied). A une dizaine de minutes des restaurants et de l’avenue commerçante de La Spezia. Chambre petite et assez monacale, grande salle de bain. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux, terrasse sympa. Le gros souci est l’insonorisation des chambres : on entend absolument toutes les conversations des voisins, à gauche comme à droite. Si par chance, vous n’avez pas de voisins ou si ceux-ci ont les mêmes horaires où sont silencieux, ça va. Sinon c’est vraiment pénible. Bouchons d’oreille impératifs.

Very clean, nice rooms with view. Should have booked my additional night through Hotels.com at $122. Same room at the front desk was quoted at 114E, but they ultimately billed me 145E, still well worth it.
