Valeria was a great help in assisting me to obtain 2 dinner reservations that needed a phone call to secure them. Communication with her thru the entire process was perfect. The hotel is in a great location close to the waterfront of La Spezia and was a perfect base for our stay. We used the location as a base to explore the Cinque Terre, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was well equipped and spacious enough for our needs. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and appointed. The included breakfast was around the corner at a local coffee shop, Adel and was a nice inclusion that served excellent pastries and great coffee. Thank you, Valeria, for all the help and the great stay, we hope to see you again sometime soon.

The staff at the property were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was the room @ times smelled like sewer. It was a good spot for a few days to visit Cinque Terre.

The room was clean, figuring out breakfast was a hassle so we didn’t even go to breakfast. This city is the worst place when it comes to parking so parking was extremely hard.

The picture of “King” property is misleading as it depicts a grandiose view of several buildings on the park however, the entrance to this property was around the corner on a dismal street. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two! Since I have a bad knee the lack of an elevator to our floor was not revealed on their website at the time of our reservation. The interior space was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom/shower were updated however—-there was a lack of furniture: no dressers, the nightstands were mini folding tables. The front desk was operational at limited hours. Great location but not for “kings”….pricey!

Non e' un hotel ma e' un affittacamere non e' neppure unB&B perche' la colazione e' in un bar esterno. Non c'e' una reception sempre presente,la struttura e' al primo piano di un condominio che ha un portone con apertura problematica,sabato sera abbiamo rischiato di rimanere fuori. Ci sono numeri cellulari di emergenza non sempre raggiungibili.

Valeria est très serviable, elle se démène pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La chambre est propre et très bien insonorisée et très bien située à côté du théâtre dans le centre ville . Le petit déjeuner est vraiment correct et le parking est un plus bien apprécié. Le seul bémol est la vue sur les poubelles collectives pour une chambre.

Everything is fine; what is advertised is what you get. What isn't mentioned is that it's not a hotel as such—it's more like an Airbnb. There is no elevator to the floor. They really should specify this on the website and in their profile. But everything else is perfect.

À l’entrée on ne s’attend pas à ces quelques chambres, propres et joliment décorées. Toutefois l’insonorisation est assez inexistante, tant le bruit extérieur que les chambres adjacentes. La salle de bains manque de ventilation. Situation géographique impeccable. Personnel d’accueil très agréable. On nous a remis 2 bouteilles de vin blanc local à notre départ. Parkings à proximité, dont un pour lequel l’hôtel nous a remis une carte d’accès libre. Bonne expérience globalement

Låt er inte avskräckas av entrén då hotellet ligger i ett lite slitet lägenhets/kontorshus. Väl inne i hotelldelen var det mycket fräscht och rum och badrum stort och nybyggt. Fantastisk petsonal, hjälpsam och trevlig.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement situé dans le centre-ville de La Spezia. La gare centrale est à seulement 10 min à pieds pour se rendre dans les Cinque Terre en train. Il suffit de traverser la grande rue piétonne avec tous ses commerces. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, conforme aux photos. La literie était également au top ! L'accueil et le personnel était d'une rare gentillesse (j'ai eu le droit à une petite attention pour le jour de mon anniversaire), toujours à l'écoute et prêt à aider. Petit-déjeuner possible en supplément que je n'ai pas testé. En conclusion, je ne peux que recommander cet établissement pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir en cas de nouveau séjour dans l'avenir.
