Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent and the property is within walking distance of the heart of La Spezia. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Tons of dining options and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here when visiting Cinque Terre. Ms. Ilaria was proactive in contacting us and easy to reach for directions and questions before arrival. Layout of the large suite has 5 separate rooms with own private bathrooms but all sharing common entry area with tea & coffee. The location is close to the train station or ferry terminal to explore Cinque Terre. Note: take the day ferry! One negative about all of La Spezia is IF you have a car there is very little free parking but there is paid parking (safer / recommended) and both are 15 min walk away. The inside of the apartment and rooms is nice inside an older building but other than that all was fine.

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia, Only 10 minutes walk from the train station so easy access There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the area which serve insane food options, Maristella was the perfect host, she gave fantastic recommendations and extremely friendly, Will be back if i ever return to La Spezia

Comfortable 2 night stay

Very clean and comfortable in an ideal location, the walk up to the mini hotel is kind of dark and gloomy but once you get in, it is clean, bright, and nicely decorated, The air conditioning was a welcome bonus after having many warm days in other places.
