Great stay near the train station if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to restaurants, shops, the coast, etc. Host was very responsive and friendly. The stay was very nice!

The room was nice enough, small though. Close to the train station. Our water was turned off at 9 am the last morning. Check in was terrible. You have to walk to another location (15 min, one-way with luggage). They don't have a credit card reader either. With check in only 3-7 pm and at another location, it was very inconvenient. Once you walk back to the room, you have to call to get let in remotely, walk up a non-lit stairwell, enter some codes then finally get a key. Felt like an unnecessary, multi-step process after a long travel day. Staff also insisted we settle our account the day before check-out. Continued to harass us to settle when we were out travelling for the day. Very frustrating.

Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia

Bastante limpio, bonitas habitaciones pero el ir a recoger las llaves a otra dirección completamente impractico, adicional las personas de atención no contestan rápido

Estadia péssima

Estadia muito ruim. Instruções não são claras. Funcionária sem paciência. Chegamos no local da estadia com as malas aproximadamente às 18h30, cansados. Para a nossa surpresa, a chave é entregue em outro local, cerca de 20 minutos a pé do apartamento onde ficaríamos, o que não faz sentido nenhum. O apartamento é pequeno, o box do banheiro inunda de água, além disso não entregaram o controle do ar condicionado pq disseram que não estava calor( Mas passamos calor) Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, e foi um problema porque o trem passa perto com barulho que não deixa dormir a cada 20 ou 30 minutos. Bairro não oferece opções de mercados e restaurantes, bairro aparenta estar em situação de abandono, o que causa certa insegurança. Não recomendo, não indico e nao ficaria novamente nessa acomodação, principalmente pelo descaso na hora do check in.

Chambre idéalement située, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Literie très confortable, propreté impeccable. Il nous a juste manqué du café pour le 2eme jour.

Experiência terrivelmente desagradável

Foi a pior estada que eu já fiquei dentre todas as minhas viagem. Primeiro, tivemos que pegar as chaves em um endereço diferente do endereço do apartamento; segundo, o anfitrião não nos informou o endereço do café continental que teríamos direito mediante o pagamento de uma taxa (o café também não era no local) e por fim, o que me deixou terrivelmente chateado foi encontrar a acomodação do quarto aberta e com gente dentro porque haviamos chegado 11 minutos depois da hora do check out. Vale salientar que o check in deveria ser a partir das 15:00h e como tivemos que sair para tomar café em outro local porque o anfitrião se quer nos informou como seria o café, chegamos apenas 11 minutos atrasados e nossas coisas já estavam em um corredor e na acomodação já encontravam outros hóspedes. Experiência extremamente desagradável. Não recomendo. j
