Great location being a short walk to the train station and great food and bars. The room was one of many in a large city building. Our hostess was lovely and helpful.

The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you!

This was a very nice place near the La Spezia Centrale train station. We walked there and had many shopping and dining options around us. The staff were very nice and communicated with us for check in. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay price/ quality. Close to train station and 15 minutes away from Port. Giovanna is knowledgeable and very friendly. She also offers early check-in which is a plus.

Fantastic location and perfect room. Modern and clean. So nice to have a kettle, refrigerator and TV. Just make sure you contact staff before arrival for the key because there is no staff onsite

The owner and his partner were nice and helpful. He was there for us when we arrived late for check-in. We arrived after dark so the area was a little dark as we walked to our hotel, but it was safe overall in daylight. Was 8 minute walk to the train station, walkable to the boat dock (though hilly coming back!) and to the town square with shopping and meal options. A pleasant place to stay when exploring Cinque Terre!

Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected.

The location was good and close to lots of restaurants and train station. Staying in LaSpezia is a great jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terre. The wifi was a little spotty at times. The shower was very small and the air conditioning didnt work. It wasnt very hot out so not an issue as we could keep the window open but this posed a problem as there was a lot of noises and activity outside our window at night. Other than that the room was well kept and very secure.

Let’s start with check in. We pressed the buzzer at the door there’s no answer. I WhatsApp the owner no answer. Eventually we had to use a phone to call then owner finally came within 5 min to check in. Room is spacious but the shower is finicky. Sometimes it’s hot sometimes it’s cold. The pressure of water fluctuates as well. It’s very hard to take a proper shower. Fridge was not working. Our food was spoiled. Location was great. It’s 7 min walk from station.

There was no one to open the door they asked me to wait 10 minutes, I did then they asked me to wait 10 more minutes I had to go for dinner and come back, when I get back they let me in but there is no one to show you where the door is, there is a sign that send you to the second floor however is on the ground floor, then you kind of go to where you see a key hanging and that is your room, next day I left the key on the door as there was no one to check you out, is nice and clean but is hard to know what to do or where to go and they only spoke italian, I tried in spanish and thst is how I got the info about the ground floor

We had a hard time finding it, but mostly because my phone had no service. It is very convenient to the train station, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Nice comfortable room.

A very quaint boutique hotel, Giovanna was very accommodating and lovely in her service and advice to us. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean in our room and the entry into the hotel was welcoming! It sits off the main road, so it was quiet. Very convenient to the train station. Tip- bring a hair dryer because the one provided is not easy to use or very functional.
