โPerfect location! Close to everything. Rooms were A little small but that was expected given location. Staff were very helpful would definitely stay again โ

I think it is recently renovated. Thereโs an elevator which is rare in rome.
Walking distance to vatican and local mart and restaurants.
Beread, snacks and drinks are kept refilled during our stay.
Manager katerina was really kind and helpful and kept contact with me.
I definitely stay here again when I come back to rome!!โ
โWe had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!โ
โPosizione strategica in centro a Prati, ottima soluzione per muoversi in centro a Roma. Struttura estremamente comoda, pulita e ben organizzata. Possibilitร di parcheggio piuttosto economico a 2 minuti a piedi. โ
โMy family and i stayed 5 days and would return to stay here again in an instant. The property is central to so many land marks and easy to get to Vatican City. Along the road you can easily get a taxi as many line up for their next passenger. The apartment made it feel like home and staff were extremely accommodating. Fantastic experience.โ

Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!โ
โVery close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasnโt really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily.โ
