The location was superb. It was very near the Vatican and other tourist places. Luca arranged for our pick up and drop off at the airport. We had fresh towels everyday and croissants, coffee and tea was available everyday.

The host Luka was extremely helpful! He helped arrange the pickup from the airport and then helped us to get a taxi for our departure. The stay at Luka’s place was also very nice. Definitely will come back! Thanks Luka!

A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was a fantastic host—very responsive, full of helpful local tips, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luca’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

Very good location in Rome. Most attractions are within a 30 minute walking distance, roughly 1.5 miles. The room is very small, but clean and nice and like the pictures. Many good places to eat nearby as well.

Luca was a very good host! The room was just what we needed, good location. The only problem was the other people that also stayed in the b&b, they were very loud and making lots of noise at 5am. This happened on multiple mornings.

Charming B&B few blocks from Vatican

Great location, small but comfortable B&B. Walking distance to Vatican, few squares and the metro line A giving you easy access to many attractions. Several restaurants, ice cream shops within minutes walking. Building has a old style elevator that adds to the character of the B&B. Luca is a great host and gave us many local tips. Definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the Air Conditioner was excellent, our room was nice and comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and had plenty of dining options that we could walk to. Loved the classic elevator, felt like we were in a movie! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Luca is the best B & B owner, help us organize our stay in Rome, the place is super clean like new, 5 minutes walk to Vatican Museum, shops and restaurants, there is a Bank right on the first floor, the best ice cream shop right at the corner, love it!!

Luca was very helpful in obtaining transportation to and from airport. The B&B is comfortable and clean. The elevator to the apartment and bridge to get to unit were great! Fresh Pastries and expresso were provided each morning and room was tidied up each day. Walking distance to all sites and convenient to restaurants and super market. Highly recommend!!!

Entry into the complex for the first time was super easy thanks to the text and pictures that were sent beforehand. The room was spotless, hot water plentiful, and the bed comfortable. I will say that there is limited space between the walls and the mattress, but certainly not a major issue. But just something to be aware of. The owner was super responsive and very flexible. I would stay there again and enjoy all of the restaurants and stores that are nearby.

A clean and nice space. A fridge to keep food and drinks fresh. Host was available and very helpful with ideas and information. The location was PERFECT!!! Right in the heart of Rome. We woke each day to a selection of fresh pastries to choose from. The one small note was I prefer a soft mattress. Everyone else was happy with the mattresses.

This is a wonderful unit for our family of four. Luca was a great host who was extremely responsive and even helped arrange for our transportation to and from Fiumicino airport. There are pastries every morning in the shared kitchen with a fridge. It does not have a microwave and washing machine but it is not a home like an Airbnb so we understand. The location is close to the Vatican - a quiet & safe neighborhood. You can walk to all major attractions within thirty to forty minutes. Grazie for making our trip to Rome so memorable!

Fantastic location, easy walk to vatican, football stadium and shopping, beautiful historic building. The flat is impeccably clean and brand new inside with all the ammenities you'd need. There is daily maid service at the flat. Luca is a gracious kind host. He was super organized for check-in and check-out. He helped with transportation to the airport and shared his knowledge for any of inquiries. Nice little touches like fresh croissants and coffee in the morning were great. There is lots of access to groceries and restaurants. The B&B has a shared kitchen that is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.
