“The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach and centre of town. The room and bed were huge, comfortable, clean and cool, and the balcony has a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is basic. We had to call to confirm our check in time as there is no one around when the house is empty. We were the only guests, so we believe this is why they moved us to Casa Andalucia which is an exceptional hotel (as long as you don’t mind the steep hill - which we climbed easily).”

“I love this house is my favorite in san juan del sur. The view is stunning. The house is super clean, comfortable, cleaned and spacious. The kitchen area outside in the second floor terrace is to die for with an infinity pool right next to it and beach louge chairs and the most amaxing view of the san juan del sur bay. The staff is super courteous, friendly and professional. I will totally recommend this house to angone staying in san juan del sur Nicaragua while they vacation here. 🙏👌”
