“I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. “Had the loft suite, was very clean and no issues with the amenities. Shared kitchen was basic but worked. After 4 night was tired of the bugs and spiders everywhere but that is just me. Room is exposed to the outdoors so had a large spider in our room one eveening we had to chase out. ”

“Friendly and helpful service from the staff. For example, Laurent at reception organised a walking tour of Maderas volcano for me. The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. Good location, walkable to ferry, and shops and restaurants of Moyogalpa. ”

“Me cobraron dos veces (por Expedis y luego ellos directamente) aunque después lo regresaron al día siguiente y se disculparon me incomodó en el momento que llegamos y había pedido una cama extra para mi hijo y primero dijeron que sí y cuando llegué dijeron no se podía porque no había hecho reserva de los dos cuartos de la villa. ”

“The place seemed nice at first Big room lots of space So many bugs!!!! Even a scorpion in the bathroom. But it was clean and the ac and the pool were amazing. ”

“Not the hotels fault, but that road leading to the hotel sucks it’s really bad and i was in a pickup truck . Very bumpy and wild. Not fun at all . Hotel is 2 stars at best. However staff was great 5 stars to them , very attentive and courteous . They did the best they could to make us happy and that made a big difference . ”
