โI have always stayed at this hotel and still to this day I give this hotel a 10/10! The staff is amazing! The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I love how there is dining, pool, gym, and bar inside the hotel. Stay here!!! You wonโt regret it! โ
โAbsolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night.
I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower.
For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think....
โOnly one staff member has customer service here in my experience here and thatโs Brandy. The rest are rude or do little to nothing. The internet barely works so bring a book when you bookโ
