โIf you want to sleep with cockroaches, if you like stinky smell, you like nasty beds, pls choose this hotel. There are reasons why this place is cheap.

This place was extremely terrible and thanks to this nasty hotel, I will NEVER visit Kauai again.
However, the staffs were nice and check in&out process was fast and smooth. โ
โEvery time I stay here, I always get top notch service. The staff were very attentive and prompt especially during the time when we were on the tsunami watch. They were updating everyone on the current situation and disaster plan. We were fortunate enough that the property stayed on the green zone meaning we were safe.โ
โWe enjoyed the convenience to the airport, shops, restaurants, town and central location to the points of interest. The property was well kept and we enjoyed the pathway along the beach, as well as, comfortable seating above the pool area. The walking path extending beyond the property toward the shops were questionable, notably people living in their vehicles along the water break and harbor. โ
