Thanks so much for your patronage of our hotel and your excellent review. The hotel practises best covid measures in our cleaning, spacing and processes e.g. strict hygiene and cleaning, spacing out in public places, use of outdoor ventilation in public place and use of signs asking guests to keep on their face masks. Unfortunately due to the thankfully low covid cases in the country, some guests to not comply with govt and hotel covid regulations and can push back aggrevisely when asked. Nonetheless, thanks for the feedback and stay.

Dear Gladys, Thanks for your feedback. Thanks for choosing to stay at our hotel and giving us a really decent score despite your verbal feedback. I take it that the rest of your stay went very well. The power change over is regrettable but the outage frequently stems from the national power grid. Our backup generators restore power withint 60 to 120 seconds as per operating guidelines. I have spoke to the housekeepers to re double thier efforts with insect repellants. They are really good at keeping the rooms clean and free from insects.

Sorry to read that you did not have a pleasant stay with us. Your response is out of step with the feedback received from guests on this forum and others. Nonetheless I have taken steps to spruce up the rooms with a paint job across the entire hotel so you wont think it 'old and moldy' on your next visit. THe hotel rooms will be repainted Jan/Feb 2019. Thanks again and I hope you will afford us a 2nd chance.
