I had a wonderful stay at Swiss! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Great location, quiet and delicious breakfast as well. I truly enjoyed my experience and would happily return. Highly recommended to anyone who loves quiet environment.

The best 👌 hospitality so far was the one I had with the hotel reception staff.Tomiwa has an exceptional skill in resolving guest problem.His listening and caring nature can not be overlooked. Kingsley in the restaurant is another staff that is always full of life,His laughter is always infectious.A moment or two with him you will forget about your personal challenges.I will definitely return as a guest again.I strongly do not have any hesitation in recommending this hotel to any prospective guest. NB. Please The Management of the hotel should create a space for spa and massage room for their guest .The idea of bringing a mobile spa expert to come to guest room for a service is not a good practice for an international hotel like Swiss hitel.

Really well run property, safe, clean and spacious, nice modern feel but comfortable. Resteraunt food offering was varied and very tasty. But the real selling point is the staff especially the General manger MojiSola, she is a great asset to the hotel she was efficient,professiinal and attentative. I would definately recommend and stay again.

Overall, the hotel is very good . I like the VGC Lekki area; quiet,the staff are courteous and responsive. I think they need to put more trash cans around, but most Nigerian hotels do not seem to have many trash cans around in all honesty, so not just them.

From the security at the gate to the reception and the restaurant staffs, everyone was great. this is the first restaurant that the staffs actually serve you the buffet. All you do is point to what you need. this is a go to hotel for me when i am in Lagos

Good stay, but for the price, the presidential suite was overpriced for what was provided. The towels in the room were not clean. There was no washcloth. The complimentary breakfast did not have a variety. People provide service for tips. The ladies in the customer service were great, constantly greeting and checking on us when we went past the front. My advice: bring your towels.

I would like to give a special shout out to Amanda, Faith, Emmanuel, Jackson, Valencitia(sp?), Rachael, Ifunaya, Queen, Samuel and Martina. If I left someone off our list, please charge it to our minds not our hearts. We would like to thank the young man (we didn't get his name) that cleaned our room (rm 208) for the first week and a half for doing an excellent job. The staff was very pleasant and very professional. Everyone from the guys at the entrance to the exit, the poolside bar and lounge, the inside bar and lounge, the front desk staff and Swiss Flavour Restaurant were very respectable and very nice. The food in Swiss Flavor Restaurant was very tasty along with the wonderful staff. Thank you for making our stay from November 5, 2025 to November 19, 2025 a very memorable one. Presidential suite was a joke no water majority of the time. Room looks outdated, bathroom too. Their shower hardly works so you bathe by someone bringing a bucket Restaurant breakfast is ok not much to select.

The hospitality of all the staff was absolutely fantastic. I would have liked to have fresh towels and cloths daily, however the daily changed sheets were nice and having a cleaned room each day made my stay even more relaxing.
