“The staff was fine. Some people seemed very happy to help, most only communicated via nods. The best staff was at the cafe, they were always friendly.
We wish the pool was open a bit later, the bar is staffed but the area near the pool was empty most nights. The evenings on the resort were surprisingly quiet, there’s almost no nightlife.
The AC in our room was stuck at 20C, we asked many times to have it unlocked or at least turn it to 22C, but didn’t get it.
The restaurants were meh. Skip...

“Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. ”
