โWe were looking for an โoff-touristโ spot since we flew in from nyc and were driving up to La fortuna. This was an absolute gem. Plenty space for kids to run/play, hot springs, gorgeous river stream. We only had one morning, but wouldโve easily stayed for a couple nights if we didnโt have our next stop scheduled! Totally recommend this place - be prepared as this is more like a high-end โglampingโ. Plenty beds and sleeping accommodations. Very respectful and accommodating staff. โ
โWe enjoyed the cabin; it was perfect for our needs. It might have been nice to have a chair in the cabin. But we were able to sit at the restaurant tables and use the wifi there. so all our needs were met! Thank you ! โ
โMy daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed La Finca Azul, and especially the family whose vision it is -- including Nacho, Oli, and Cece, the three dogs. I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. โ
โPreis-Leistung stimmt. Die Reception und auch das Serviceperspnal sind leider unfreundlich. Herausragend ist Diego, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und sehr nett. Ich wartete somit bis er seine Schicht hatte, um Fragen zu stellen. Denn bei den anderen gab es keine Motivation.
Zimmer sind gross (Familienzimmer), Pool ist Standard.

โMooie locatie met een geweldige tuin, waar de natuur volop aanwezig is (flora รฉn fauna). Uitstekende service; zo mochten we wat langer na uitcheck-tijd op de kamer blijven om te douchen na het raften. Super! Aardig personeel en prima eten. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Onze kamer was wat gedateerd, maar dat was geen probleem en hij was bovendien ruim en met prachtig uitzicht. โ
โThis is the best resort I have ever stayed at. The people who work here are incredibly nice. The amenities are incredible and the natural beauty of the place is unmatched. The place is surrounded by jungle, but somehow the resortโs cleanliness is top tier. The rooms have such an amazing feel, and the private hot tubs are incredible. โ
โBe aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldnโt use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices.โ
โMario was a great bird guide, but the tour was only on the property. It would be nice to have night tours and birding trips off the property. The internet service could have been better. The food was good, and the staff was helpful.โ
