"Staff were helpful. Room great size. No where to hang clothes but didn’t affect our stay as we had planned to live out of the suitcases anyway. Breakfast had wide variety, sausages, bacon eggs, croissants and other danishes plus cold meats, bread rolls; cereals and yogurt and fruit. Check in was easy and quick. Peaceful stay and only 15mins via car from Europa Park. Also had a really good restaurant (Glas Hause or similar) next door which we and our 2 kids enjoyed a meal at on our 1st night. Would recommend this to families visiting the area."

"Nice bed and cleanliness of apartment"

"Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as there were tons of dead insects inside. The wood floors creaked quite a bit but this was fine and just added to the old feel of the apartment (definitely something worth considering before choosing however). Not a bad location. There are some decent dining options nearby. If you are looking to launch from here to Europa park, it’s squarely a 25 minute drive but you can count on traffic along the main route.. placing the time to around 30-45 minutes. Lastly, I do not appreciate the lack of communication from the owners. There is an App that YOU MUST download to access your apartment. It’s shows as a recommendation during the welcome email. It should be emphasized much better and instructions for how to use it should be laid out much clearer. In order for the App to work, you must have your Bluetooth enabled. You must receive a code but can only receive the code after downloading the app and associating with your phone number. Overall not a great experience."

"Excellent clean property, staff were very helpful. Transport to Europa-Park is very easy, bus stop is right outside the hotel. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away for travel further afield. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"If you’re looking for a basic hotel on a budget, this ticks the boxes. There are decently sized beds, toilet facilities, car park and opposite a good 24hr shell garage and Burger King. A downside was that there was no safe available, and the bathroom lock was missing. The rooms get very hot in the warmer seasons, there’s no air-con but there was 2 fans provided and wide-opening windows. Overall, it has what you need if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but if you want more than a bed and hygiene, spend more elsewhere."

"This property is spotless, staff super friendly, delicious breakfast included and the attached restaurant was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area."
