“Very good hotel 🏨”

“Es un hotel bueno,familiar. Todo estuvo perfecto la comida poca variedad pero muy buena, las habitaciones bien todo me gustó el único inconveniente fue a la hora del chekeo pork piden los pasaportes y no lo teníamos con nosotros es política nueva nunca había pasado eso. Lo demás muy bien!”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. It appears that at one time it may have been a great resort, but now it seems to be in need of better management. An all-inclusive resort should strive to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Most staff members seemed to follow a script and did not appear genuinely interested in providing friendly, personalized service. “Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.”

“Rooms are in terrible shape - bathrooms even worse. Staff is nice when you get their attention. Ocean view rooms are located over and next to a bar/entertainment area which gets very loud at night.”
