“Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.”

However, people are still regularly taking food and drinks from the general fridge that do not belong to them. “Das gesamte Team von Mason Arms war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen (Frühstück & Abendessen) war sehr lecker. Wir würden es eindeutig weiter empfehlen. Falls man eine Kleinigkeit kritisieren möchte, wäre es, dass man bei der Buchung auf die Größe der Zimmer achten sollte. In unserem Zimmer hatten 2 Medium große Koffer gerade so Platz aufgeklappt zu liegen und das Zimmer war praktisch mit dem Doppelbett und einem kleinen Sessel...

“Very dog friendly stay, dog allowed everywhere. Excellent crockery pitch across the small bridge for dog exercise and poo bin by entrance to hotel. Breakfast was great, though no cereal which was odd. Rooms well equipped, kettle and nespresso coffee maker, plus both still and sparkling water with fresh milk in the pantry (where there are also top ups of tea, coffee and water plus ice). Second time here and we'll be back again”

“Amazing hotel & apartment in Cotswold area. We stayed at an apartment and it was really convenient and comfortable. Suits for both short term stay and long term stays as there're dish washer, washing machine, even liquid soap! But sofa bed was too soft and not firm enough to sleep. Breakfast was good also.”

“A really lovely hotel and the staff were all so friendly and attentive through our stay We did a spa morning whilst there and the massage was really good Also the restaurant was great with delicious food and a great setting especially sitting outside in the nice weather”

“Well positioned a short way up a small hill. Nice tasty meals. However the outside of the shower tray needed a deep clean and our room only had a skylight window which resulted in it being very warm, even at night, in the high temperatures.”
