"Pool view. fridge didn't work, ac loud, lock on poolside didn't work, mildew smelling room…switched rooms. Still old and nasty tiny bathroom shower. Absolutely no accommodation or late checkout allowed for bad experience."

"The hotel needs some attention and updates. Our room was filthy with sticky floors, hair all along the floor of the bathtub and in the tub itself and on the shower curtain. The top bedspread had not been washed and smelled like body odor. The door lock would work randomly and was a pain to get into the room. The luggage carts are broken or falling apart. I have never had an experience like this at any Hampton Inn & Suites and they are my preferred chain when traveling. Very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of this hotel. "

"Everything was really good overall , the tub however jetted out old material I don't think the filters where cleaned too well ... And the door to the room wasn't sealed correctly so wind was coming into the room , my only real complaint was the breakfast was pretty lack luster in options HOWEVER it was was a great over all experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs , I would recommend for a quick relaxing vacation 4/5 stars , I would support this local business . "

"Their internet is not fast at all and not even secure. The room is clean but the bath tub gets filled up with so much water whenever you take a shower because it drains so slow. "
