I asked if everything was okay 15 mins after you checked in and your response was great. You stayed in the room all 3 nights and never once came to the desk to complain about anything. I have 3 Managers on site everyday. Upon check-out, you spoke with me (The AGM) again and I explained that there was nothing I could do. You stayed in the room and never gave us the opportunity to correct the issue to make your stay more comfortable. Again thank you for staying with us.
