The Hotel was great but the small town seemed way too busy for local population to include one busy-A$$ highway doubling as main street through the center. "There was only one thing in particular and that was their swimming pool. It was empty all except for water standing around the drain. If the wind blew in the right direction it sent an odor towards our balcony. Other than this which I believe is most likely a temporary issue this stay was great! Very, very clean rooms and staff was excellent!"

"My kids and I stayed in Cabin 3 a few nights ago, and we had a great stay. It may not be the fanciest place, but it had everything we needed. Having several beds, a kitchen, and being just a short walk across the street from the water made it a wonderful spot for our family. We especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub, and it was a bonus to be within walking distance of Alderbrook, where we had a delicious lunch. One thing to be aware of is the early check-in policy. If you're planning to arrive before the scheduled check-in time, there is a $20-per-hour fee for each hour of early arrival. As long as you plan accordingly, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Highly recommend this hotel for peace and relaxation. There were only a few people staying there during my visit (mid-week) and I pretty much had the place to myself. Restroom in the common area was not an issue at all. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Loved the setting and decor. Owners have done a great job fixing it up in the short time that it's been open and will continue to expand amenities and make improvements."
