The air conditioning was erratic — it was either too cold or too hot — and after taking a shower, the water didn’t drain well, leaving the bathroom flooded. At one point, the electricity even went out and we had to call someone to fix it. Breakfast was another letdown, with sausages and eggs served completely cold, which was quite shocking. “We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. The hotel is well situated with fantastic views over Salo, we had a balcony room with an amazing view, it really added to the holiday. I will definitely visit again when I'm back around here. ”

“Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Big swimming pools and nice welness centre. The only minus was that outdoor swimming pools were cold , even kids pool the water was freezing. The indoor pool was wonderful tho.”
