“We ordered food from the bar restaurant, it looked and smelled disgusting, Quite honestly ruined our night, we brought it back to our room and after opening it up left the hotel immediately,, If the food is going to be so bad they just shouldn’t serve any food.”

“In general the hotel was very clean and warm. Parking places are enough to accommodate all the cars of the guests.”

“Great place to stay and convenient to cruise terminal.”

“Great”

“Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head...

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful”

“Very old school vibe. Everything was clean. Convenient location. Even has retro vending machines.”

“Good location, room was clean and well equipped. It’s still shocking how expensive it is to stay in the area, but the stay was easy and comfortable.”

“최고, Best of the best”

“Restaurant is pretty good and overall service is ok.”

“Nice, clean property. Employees were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.”

“Great, but little bit far away from New York Midtown. You should take the train, which takes about 1 hour.”

“There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people.”
