โTransportation from the airport was why I booked this hotel, worked out well. Juliet our driver recommended a restaurant within a walkable distance, good food and drinks. Room had good AC, clean, and some snacks and drink for purchase in the fridge.โ
โWe enjoy the laidback, quiet resort feel. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
The grounds are full of beautiful vegetation. The lagoon is beautiful to look out over. Itโs also wonderful to sit in the lagoon during high tide.
Building 7 is our favourite as it has been recently updated. Air conditioning rocks. Decor is lovely. Room is spacious and clean.

โGreat location set on a hill near the airport, with wonderful views out to sea. The staff are fantastic, the Indian restaurant on site does great food, and itโs a small, tranquil place to spend a few days.
The rooms are a little dated and relatively small, however the a/c worked very well and my room had a huge balcony with a day bed, loungers and a table to work on.
Be warned that there is no lift up to reception, so youโll be carrying bags up quite a few steps. โ
โMy wife and i stayed at the Island House for our 20th anniversary. While it wasn't close to a lot of the stuff we wanted to do, we don't regret staying there at all. The staff were exellent and the resort was perfect.โ
โAMAZING place to stay. Beautiful, safe and clean. The AC worked amazing and the water pressure was great. The pools are beautiful and the option for breakfast in the morning was such a luxury. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the property was beautiful. The trees offered fresh delicious mangos for your eating. It was easy to find, getting in and out and locking the door was easy and such a breeze. I literally have ZERO complaints. My only recommendation would be to have a rental car as taxis...
