Hotel room was very clean. They left an envelope with our key in it , so that was great. No contact with staff but we have been here before so we know where things are. We like staying here at the pines.

We actually booked this last minute, due to a bad booking somewhere else. This Hampton was wonderful! Excellent service, room, breakfast, and mannnโฆ you canโt beat the view of Mirror Lake with the backdrop of the mountains. Was very comfortable and clean. Thank you.
