Beautiful property. Wonderful service and food.

We had a great stay at Hotel Bellevue. Right across from the train station, our stay was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. Was also surprised with a delicious selection for breakfast each morning.

The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The steam room with eucalyptus was refreshing at the end of the day.

Great stay at Hotel des Balances. Had a lovely balcony room facing the water. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Located in the middle of everything. Highly recommend, pic on the hotel’s balcony.

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

Absolutely recommend this hotel if staying in a Engelberg. The hotel was a great place to spend two nights in Engelberg and is located in the center of town, about a 3 minute walk from the train station and a 12 minute walk to the cable car up to Mount Titlis (free shuttle from the train station if preferred). My room had a lovely balcony complete with flowers and a great view. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were both very friendly. I hope to get the chance to stay at this hotel...

Super location and great hotel. Very nice rooms spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful in recommending things to do and where to go.

I liked the hotel itself and the location, however this was all self service property. When you get there, you have to use a machine to check in, there’s literally no human individual to welcome you in, not one soul. They didn’t offer clean service, at all. We stayed two nights, and though the hotel room was very nice and clean the breakfast sucked!! They only offer coffee, pastries, fruit, cheese and yogurt. I felt like blah… wouldn’t book here again. We asked for a lake view room upon reservation and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite with not only a lake view, but a balcony. The accommodations were not only spacious and comfortable, but the room was beautifully appointed with an antique desk and dresser, lovely chandeliers, roomy closets and a double sink bathroom. Details and little touches make this hotel special. We received a bowl of fruit, a handwritten note of welcome, and binoculars to enjoy the spectacular views offered...

What a spectacular location, right on the lake with mountain views. Property was clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Was there on business but will plan a return trip on vacation!

A beautiful, historic property with fabulous views over the lake to the Alps. Excellent staff and service. A very good meal in an elegant dining room with a view to the waterfall. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the Interlsken area.
