"Great location. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk as you exit ( left direction ) from Lucerne Barhoff ( train station ). Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to (museum) Rosengart Collection, Lake Prominade, Jesuit Church, Chapel’Bridge, Old town streets, restaurants and boutiques. Excellent front desk staff & house keeping, good breakfast. Newly renovated rooms. "

"View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night. As you spend most of your time “sleeping “ at a hotel and not enjoying the view in your sleep, my recommendation…. Stay somewhere else!"
