"Room was overall fine, but lightbulbs were burnt out and the door lock didn't work when we arrived. Was told, after struggling with the door, it is a known problem and how to work around. Having arrived so late at night and not being told about this issue when checking in was frustrating. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North – Lynnwood. The location was very convenient for our plans, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and while I used the gym in the morning, it was fairly limited in equipment—okay for a light workout, but very basic. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with a solid breakfast and good room size."

She is always friendly and always willing to help. In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable. "
