"I did not have a shower curtain. I had to call several times to get a shower curtain. Finally got one late evening of the 2nd day of my stay. Was told breakfast end at 10 am. Got to breakfast at 915 and was told breakfast ends at 9. Front desk said no one told me 10 am and ro look at the sign. Sign is not visible unless you are told to look almost at the ceiling. Sign say 6 to 9 Monday to Friday. I told her the sig. Says Monday to Friday and waa told she didn't put up rhe Sign. And as long as she knows its always 6 to 9"

"The hotel was very clean and the night clerk was very helpful but the morning clerk was not."

"Loved everything about the physical property. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and plenty of parking. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles but no other hot food like eggs or sausage. I will recommend that you have the room AC or just the fan going as the hallway tends to be kind of loud with laughing and people. Once I turned on the AC, the white noise drowned out the hallway noise. All in all a great place to stay "

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."
