"My husband and I were constantly saying that this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and extremely welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean. The only issue I had was that the breakfast was not free as it was at the other hotels we stayed at. I give them credit, they let us know ahead of time that we had to pay for our breakfast. We chose to stay there even when we knew that the breakfast was not included in the price of our room. We just went to McDonald’s and got our breakfast, so it was not a big issue. Although I still wish the breakfast was included but the coffee was free😃. I will still give them 5 stars ⭐️ because of all the other great features! I highly recommend The Hawthorne to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel to stay at!!!"

"It's great, plenty of parking, friendly staff, safe. Rooms were clean with microwave and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small and needed an update. Sink was draining slow. Found a couple of tiny roaches but that wasnt a big deal. Hotels have lots of people moving jn and out and things like that could happen. Breakfast was included. I will stay here again also about a mile away from shopping, food and everything else"

"Breakfast was great and the attendants were on hand to keep the area tidy! The parking was convenient and safe. Above all else the staff was friendly and welcoming! We were weary travelers checking in late on a Friday night. Jenn checked us in quickly and was so kind and welcoming it was a great comfort after a long day! Great experience!"
