“The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I thought it odd that for some of the amenities you had to ask for them at the desk, an iron for example. I assume the ironing board and coffee pot as well as there wasn't one in the room. We chose this particular hotel because listed that it had a pool. The pool was closed for our visit, so we were disappointed. The desk clerk said that it should have been listed as closed on the website, but it wasn't. She did tell us that there was a nearby lake...

“Property is clean and well kept. Spacious with a nice kitchenette. Bed was kingsized and very comfortable.”

“Was the worse I’ve been to so far in lake village. Door not secure, no curtains, carpet needs to be removed. Fill like something crawling on you in bed. Sink clogged.”

“The staff was friendly. The hotel didn't feel the cleanest. Ice machine was working, so we had to use bags of ice. Breakfast was just okay. Room felt like it needed a deep cleaning however we made it work.”

“Rooms was terrible, had to charge rooms. Second floor room smelled like mildew. First floor room were we stayed had a bad foot odor smell in the room, food debris was on carpet, floor was not vacuumed, bathroom floor has some brown smugs on floor and the bad smell coming from the air conditioner. We purchased cleaning items, mop, pinesol, disinfectant spray and cleaned our room. Our room smelled much better. We did not sleep under the covers on the beds, we brought throw blankets and slept...

“The front staff was very nice and professional I requested accommodations and staff made it happen, now far as the rooms it's okay for a short stay and if you need a smoking room, the rooms need minor upgrades like fixing trimming around the baseboards, steam cleaning the chairs inside the room, replacing plug covers, providing housekeepers with the items needed to keep the rooms up , hold your guests accountable for destroying the property when upgrades are made, this could be a great location...

“It is very old and it smells old needs major updates . Wall sockets hanging out and all furniture is from the 90s Staff super nice . There is stores close by. Parking lot big. Just needs updated bad”
