The room was upstairs very noisy, could not sleep in the night. The exhaust in the bathroom was very noisy. There was breakfast as mentioned in your ad.

Westmont Inn Survival Guide

Bed was decent. Bugs were very friendly and non agressive 🐞 The PILE of trash and junk was kept neatly next to the entrance to the pool. I recommend you take your own can of fabreeze…. Hit the AC vent and unload on the whole room, and go for a 30min walk. When you come back it should be livable. Dont piss off the lady at the front… You just might make it.

The beds were comfortable but the floors were not clean. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The door nob to bath er oom was loose. I tightened it myself so it wouldnt fall off

Room had a pervasive odor. Only 1light worked. Bathroom door and jamb had makeshift repairs. Had to go to office to get a remote for the tv. No facial tissue. Only 2 small soap bars, no shampoo. Over 3 days, no room service. Roaches running around in bathroom. Never again!

First off, no matter how many days you stay, there is no maid service, so you are on your own for new towels, toilet paper etc. The rooms are old and the mattress is cheap but not impossible to sleep on The most important thing to note is that for whatever reason, they don’t have lights on the exterior in the outdoor “halls.” It’s literally dark, so you really on moonlight or street lights. It’s weird and it’s disconcerting. I’ve never seen anything like it.

walked to the office to get a replacement key, the office personnel at that time smoking cigarette rudely asked me"what you going to just walk past me and not talk to me!" walks in gets another key and tosses up on counter "HERE!" not bad just don't lose a key and need a replacement

The lightbulb next to my bed was broken, the curlicue type, that’s hazaourdous waste, there’s mercury released. The tv didn’t work. The air conditioner leaked up against the wall creating a river. The road noise prevented me to sleep, constantly, a room close by had their tv on all night. 2.5 stars is a joke. At $103.00 and no other options at this price after checking for 30 minutes I’m convinced both Expedia and the hotel are signs of a declining empire.

BEWARE !!! Zero star Hotel. Dirty and smelly.

The desk clerk was very rude and yelled instead of talking and did not speak complete sentences made you feel like a terrible person for checking in. Once we checked into the room the air-conditioning was leaking outside onto the concrete there was P droplets in the bathroom and a used towel that was still wet there was a groundskeeper that got us toilet paper that was really nice but again the desk clerk was awful she made my husband and I feel terrible for checking in and checkout process absolutely no communication except for $10 $10 $10 cash for pet $10 cash cash for pet over and over because I could not understand her she was talking so fast - we will never go back and I hope this drops the rating and they have to clean things up there. Such stains on the walls - there was hair left in sink and toilet seat. I can’t believe you guys have them advertised on your site. So very disappointed.

Clean and Affordable

We enjoyed the room. It was clean and Cable TV and WiFi worked great. Microwave was not working was the only flaw. Wilkes short distance to lobby to warm left overs.
