“There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. “Everything was fairly clean. Both elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to know before booking.”

“This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.”
