โFirst I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...

โLove this hotel! Anytime im in Houston, this is my go to hotel. The staff is wonderful, the pool and patio is nice. The wifi is a bit spotty but that isnt too much of an inconvenience. The ac runs very cold and the showers are spacious! I dont eat their breakfast, I usually go to Tasty Munch down the street or to First watch. The bed super comfortable. โ

โThe room overall was clean, but there were no slippers provided in the rooms. Also, there was no hand-held showerhead in the shower. Breakfast was good. However, I booked through another travel site and they didn't provide a receipt at the property, which was inconvenient. I still haven't received it. I would appreciate it if they could email me the receipt after checking.โ
