“When I check into my room, there was makeup on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for another room. I went to my second room and when I walked in I notice that it was hot in the room. I tried to cut on the air but the air wasn't working. They sent someone to try to fix it but was unsuccessful. I was moved to my third room for that night and discovered that the TV wasn't working or the phone in the room. At that point I was just ready to go. The staff was nice but the upkeep needs work.”

“Overall a clean place, nothing stands out. The staff welcomed us and wished us safe travels. Breakfast was average. This was a quick stop over night stay.”

“We had to leave this property due to the strong mildew odor within at least two rooms I entered. I immediately turned around and told the front desk agent that we could not stay at this property. Two other guests were trying to change rooms for similar reasons.”

“The place was terrible! Not clean at all and none of the ice machines worked! Only one dryer worked on the premises! The bathroom was not clean and the toilet moved when you sat in it! The door looked like someone tried to break in! I will not stay there again and I will be traveling to that part of town often!”

“Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room (109) , air conditioning in the room did not work and it was close to 80°F and humid all night long. Room was not clean and there were bugs and cigarette butts, as well as ash all over the room. There were even cobwebs in the corners of the room Also there was little to no water pressure at the bathroom sink.”

“This hotel was horrible, outdated, blanket had cigarette holes, people hanging outside, my stay was completely horrible”

“It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.”

“Property manager was worst, they have no room available… i booked 2 queen non smoking but they were giving me smoking 1 bed room. The bed was super worst n dirty. They took 1 hr for checkin. Its was worst night mare terrible experience in midnight that too with kid. Expedia plz dnt take bookings for this hotel from ur portal. This hotel should be banned.. its super dirty n unhygenice.”
