“The room was spotless and white bed linen crisp and white. However the overall rating was let down by historic carpet stains in abundance throughout the property. The sash windows either need repairing or replacing and the glass was blown therefore affecting the view. Also one of the windows could not be closed and the others couldn't be opened. “The room [room 10, double en suite] was nothing like the pictures. First you had to lean on the door to get in cos it's too big for the frame. Then once you are in it smelled like a teenage boys room, sweat and lynx.
