“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean.”

“Ended up having to have a late check in and they were accommodating, for a fee which was lined in the rules. However the heater in the room didn’t work, the wifi was weak and could not connect. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. You can hear every door opening and closing, the exit door is right in front of the room, so you hear that slamming each time. The room is a little much for what it is but if it is just a place to sleep, then this it is perfect. It’s a nice area and it’s close to...

“This property was an unexpected surprise! The room was newly renovated and had everything we needed for our one night stay. It will be a great value for your money.”

“비행기가 딜레이되서 어쩔수 없이 공항근처 숙소를 찾았는데 호텔은 너무 비싸고, 가격도 저렴하고 혼자 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 장소를 찾아서 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분도 너무 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았어요.”

“Great spot. No elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage up a lot of stairs. Beautiful interior. Comfy room. Loved the no key aspect. Didn't see any staff but communication was good prior to arrival.”

“There is no one on staff as it is a self service hotel. But all my questions were answered quickly via email! Our check in was smooth and easy! Our hotel room was beautiful with gorgeous wallpaper! The linens were superior and the beds were comfortable! If you are noise sensitive while sleeping, I would recommend asking for a room away from the street which was quite busy overnight!”

“We stayed for an entire week and loved our stay. James and Amanda were very kind and helpfull and made a delicious fresh breakfast every day. The room was nice, clean and tidy. The location was perfect for visiting Eninbrugh while also visiting other cities by rental car, because we could park for free. Highly recommended!”

“For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at Six Brunton Place! It was a cute B&B with a super kind host, Hilary. Vivienne (spelling may be incorrect) was extremely helpful during my stay. She helped me during my arrival and throughout my stay on multiple occasions. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and secure in this B&B so I highly recommend it for that alone. It is close to multiple bus stops and the tram, so it was easy to get to all the sights. It’s very close to Arthur’s Seat! There’s...

“Check-in was easy, the residence was well kept.”

“This “hotel” does exist, yes. Be prepared to hike your luggage. You don’t get greeted by anyone in a welcoming manner, rather you receive a message from one person to call another person to open the door for you and that’s it. We got a room with a private bathroom….the shared ones were cleaner. Did not feel clean, safe, or comfortable. The halls smell of stale cigarettes. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice.”
