Was late arriving and they were very understanding got shown where everything was and how the keys worked treated friendly in morning and always checking with me if anything else they could do

A great b&b highly recommended
could not fault this b&b very large clean comfortable room. tea/coffee in room very good welcome meeting from hosts. very well situated for sea front only 150 meters away and 200 meters to pleasure beach. breakfast cooked to order. would highly recommend, dont miss going to bentleys fish and chip shop 50 meters up the road. best i have had in a long time

Good quality stay
We chose Branston Lodge due to it's rating. It didn't disappoint. Friendly, warm, clean. Good breakfast served and always with a smile.

The owners did the best breakfast, book what you want night before and a time slot, as soon as you sit down its served with fresh coffee

Chris & Nancy are very welcoming and friendly. The guest house is very clean and comfortable and is in walking distance of the promenade. The breakfast choice is very good and plentiful. Would thoroughly recommend.

The only complaint i have is the hard bed and lack of fan in my bedroom - i forgot to take my own fan. I sleep in softish bed at home. Other than that i really can't fault the place ... Chris and Nancy are so lovely and helpful ...

Chris and Nancy very nice and polite. Very clean, comfy bed nice breakfast. A pleasure to stay. Always at hand if needed. Will definitely stay again.

Owners were friendly and helpful - they let me keep the car in their car park until 3pm on the day we left, which saved on parking. Breakfast was fine - it was nice to bed able to choose just what my daughter and I like. Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Although beds were made and room tidied the bathroom wasn't cleaned. On the second night a there was a knock at the door in the middle of the night which disturbed me - we were in the room on the ground floor near to the front door. I felt a bit agitated by this but it didn't affect my daughter and it was dealt with promptly.

Everything was great and a lovely warm welcome from Chris and help with the luggage. Met Nancy at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. A very well run hotel and we will happily return.

Great B and B for family’s
Very accommodating, great hosts lovely breakfast and very clean. We stayed 2 years ago hadn’t realised the owners had changed but we were just as happy with our stay.

I like everything about the property. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. My only draw back was the bed. Everytime I turned on the bed, it squeaks.

Great B&B near to BPB
Great B&B a very short walk away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Blackpool South train station. Warm welcome, clean and tidy room with a decent breakfast in the morning. Can’t complain about anything.

Beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. We will deffinately stay here again when in blackpool Ive stayed at a few hotels and guest houses but this is by far the best weve stayed

Excellent Stay!
We had a great time staying here for the first time. We got a text letting us know we could check in early which was a great help. From the moment we arrived until we left we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like old friends rather than guests. Breakfast was great and our room was a great size and was spotless. Myself & my daughter are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks again Chris & Nancy

Fantastic room and breakfast and a tremendous welcome from cracking hosts. The area closer to the sea front is a bit boisterous and noisy, nothing to do with the B&B itself and it is probably just far enough away to live with but light sleepers may be affected by late music from South Pier.

Amazing place to stay.
Absolutely outstanding Bed and Breakfast. Extremely clean, spacious rooms and breakfast was lovely. This is the best accommodation me and my wife has stayed in. Chris and Nancy are welcoming and donall they can to make your stay wonderful.

Fab place
Fantastic place fo stay, super comfy bed and very spacious room. We stayed for 2 nights and from arrival to departure Chris and Nancy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Breakfast is cooked to order (super yummy) and Chris’s attention to detail and presentation of service is fab. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and OJ from Nancy too! Added bonus of free car parking to the rear. Considering Chris and Nancy have only recently celebrated a year running the facility they really do an excellent job. It’s like home from home and we was made to feel very welcome. We will be back :)
