A very pleasant surprise
Booked a family holiday for my 40th Birthday, although only spent minimal time at the property would definitely recommend. Our family room came with everything you could ever need and more. Breakfast in the morning was superb although the 1/2 window was the only downside. Lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough for us x

Welcoming and friendly
Stayed for 1 night in October 2017, showed to Room 6 which is a double bedroom with ensuite. The room was clean, light and airy with drink making facilities and a very welcome hairdryer! After a day out in Blackpool we came back to reasonably priced drinks at the bar with a lovely log burner. Slept well and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Public transport is available nearby but we didn’t bother with it and instead enjoyed a bracing walk to and from the attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely friendly clean hotel
We had a lovely stay. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the welcome was great and you really went over the top to make us welcome,especially our grandsons 6 & 8 you went out of your way to make them feel welcome which was really nice and which we appreciated. We all had a really nice time and would recommend the hotel to anyone as really nice and good value for money

Excellent location near town.
The minute we arrived, we were met by Rebecca who was very welcoming. She helped carry our bags upstairs & went through the best ways to get around Blackpool during our stay. The room was clean & comfortable, with a hairdryer & iron if needed. We had an en suite bathroom which was also clean, but needed dusting in areas ( Toilet roll holder) to be honest this would have been hard to see unless sitting 😅. The main things like the shower, toilet etc were spotless. We opted for a cooked breakfast, which was excellent. I would give as far to say its the best Ive had in years. The breakfast area was lovely & bright with a nice breakfast spread. Rebeccas husband Mark served us & again was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed staying at the Beaucliffe and will definitely visit again.

Good B&B for overnight stay with parking
Overall good value for the price. Room was a bit small but what we expected for £50 per night including breakfast.

Rebecca and Mark run a great B&B. Very friendly and helpful hosts. It was great to have off street parking. Area was busy with holiday season still in full swing.

Made to feel very welcome Nice rooms good breakfast very clean and close to Blackpool centre first time visiting but would definitely go back again if we was to return to Blackpool Nice little bar and lounge area to just relax watch tv and mark will sit and have a chat with you lovely hotel and very pleasantly run made to feel welcomed thanks

Quiet and friendly
The b&b was nice, rooms were clean and they have a small car park. The curtains let a lot of light in, which unfortunately is a big no no for me. There wasn't much around the hotel, it was good because it was quiet but about 25min walk to eat..not a problem for us and the tram is really close. The lounge was nice and it was nice to get a drink without leaving the B&B.

very freindly owners who could not do more to help. This is a typical B & B in Blackpool, not the Ritz by any means. my stay was cumfy and unfortunatley could not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. its around 1 mile from time, 2 minutes on the tram. To be honest, its not my cuppa tea but could not fault it.

Great time had by all!
Had a 1 night stay with my 4yr old daughter who had never been to Blackpool before. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was far enough 'off the strip' to be away from the stag/hens but still close enough to all the sites we wanted to visit (tower, circus, sandcastle) which we all easily accessible by tram (we're not big fans of walking!). The service given by Mark and Co. was excellent from the moment we arrived and remained that way throughout. The licensed bar was a welcome sight at the end of our busy day where I enjoyed a well earned night cap after being dragged round the Waterpark by an excited little tourist! Suffice to say we will definitely be busting again and would use this hotel without hesitation.

Nice b&b
Very nice b&b with very friendly owners who couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts, and a very good full English.

Overnight stay whilst visiting family
Was greeted warmly by the owners, and shown our room. Very clean, nicely made up room. Good facilities, and nice comfortable dining area.

Friendly hotel
Just stayed the one night. Hotel rooms are being upgraded and we were in one of the rooms waiting to be done, but it was still clean and comfortable. The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and made us very welcome.

Perfect Blackpool B&B
In a town swamped with hotels and B&B's all offering fabulous deals etc. The Beaucliffe is a gem! Situated to the north end it is far enough away from the noise and flashing lights but close enough to have you in the midst of the fun with a 5 minute tram ride. The welcome is warm and friendly and made us feel at home and comfortable right away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. This really is excellent value for money. Park your car in the hotel car park and leave it there. The tram stop is just at the end of the street and a day ticket will only cost you £5 allowing you to ride the trams and buses free all day. Thanks to Mark and Rebecca for a great weekend and we are already planning our return.

The service was fine and the place was clean.
It was a very good experience. It was as if we were at home.The hotel attendants were so friendly and always there for us.We are happy about almost everything about our stay there.Big credit to the attendants.The only little thing (it's really minor) was a big towel hung at the back of the door which had stain on it. So we did not use it.Apart from that all was perfectly okay. Thanks.

Nice hotel in quiet surroundings
I booked the Beaucliffe just for one night, through the week for my young son who's 9 and myself. The hotel is around 10/15 mins walk from the tower, and to be honest couldn't be better placed. The host Mark and Rebecca are absolutely first class, and both gave us a really warm welcome. The hotel its self is extremely clean and comfortable with all the mod cons, and the breakfast was lovely, I will defo be hoping to return to this hotel later this year during the illuminations'.

We only stayed for the one night but was very happy with the location, cleanliness and the very warm welcome from the owners. I would highly recommend and the next time we are in Blackpool this will be at the top of our booking list. Great value. Great breakfast. Great service.

Great breakfast.
Very friendly owners, and great breakfast. Room clean and comfy beds, parking available at the hotel and on the roads around it. Location very close to the promenade and walk into Blackpool takes about 25 mins and easy to get the tram back.

nice, clean and family friendly hotel
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, der uns super gefallen hat, das Zimmer war für 3 Personen ausreichend geräumig, das Frühstück war klasse und der Service sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, selbst das Ausdrucken der Boardkarten zum Schluß der Reise war kein Thema. Wir erhielten reichlich Tips und Hinweise, was man unternehmen kann und haben sehr nette Gespräche geführt. Die Betreiber sind das was man wirklich Kinderfreundlich nennt, es war ein sehr gemischtes Publikum von ganz jung (Baby) über punkig (waren zur Zeit des Festivals dort) bis hin zu gesetztem Alter alles vertreten und sehr entspannter Umgang. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, die Einrichtung Zweckmäßig und british aber nicht kitschig!!! Sehr schöner Auftenthalt also für Familien die B&B erleben wollen die optimale Unterkunft. We are glad we choose this accomodation it was very nice and Christine & George are perfect hosts. Everythig is clean and comfortable no fancy stuff but traditional style. We met people in every age, from little child to elderly couples and all were very happy with the hotel and the perfect start in the day . The breakfast was very good and even the coffee (which is no traditional british drink) was very good and we had so many nice little chats that made our holiday unique and a very good experience. Our doughter did not speak any English before and that was no problem at all . Perfect for people at any age who are not afraid to meet other people and like family run hotels.

the room was large enough for my familly of three children and two adults,was suprise of the size really,everything thing else was nice,the breakfast was spot on couldnt fault it. lovely couple who run the beaucliffe. the only fault really, its a bit far from from the main attractions, but you can get a family tram and bus ticket from the news agents down the road for £9 you can use the trams and buses all day and night with it. would go back another time next year now i know all the issues.
