Top Lancaster & Chester Railway Depot Hotel Reviews
Best Western Rock Hill
10/10 Excellent
"This place exceed my expectations for the price that I paid. It had everything that I needed for a week’s stay. The room was clean, with daily trash removal and towel refurbishing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And a quality breakfast every morning was a bonus. The only Issue that I came across was that the electrical receptacles were full on the wall with the tv & fridge, leaving no room for the microwave, so I had to move it to another wall each morning so I could heat my water to brew my tea. This was no issue for me; just another little thing that I did when getting myself together in the am. I will definitely be staying here again when I return for next year’s USDGC."

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were very disappointed that the property did nothing to recognize this at all-nothing in our room, we ate at the Gallery restaurant--again no recognition--we thought for sure either a glass of champagne or dessert--nothing. We had 2 treatments each at the Spa. We spent a lot of money for our staycation anniversary celebration and they did nothing to make it special. Why do they even bother sending you a form to fill out from the concierge when they don't use any of the information!! If celebrating a really special occasion I would recommend going somewhere else"

"Newly remodeled. Spacious rooms and very clean. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired (waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal but only skim milk) but it got the job done."
