Hello Rodolfo, we deeply apologise that you were disappointed with your stay. Please note that our reception is open from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday so we do give our guests the flexibility of checking in at reception throughout the day or self checking in. We are based in a historic Georgian building so we are limited on what we can do in regard to the stairs and it should state online that rooms are accessible by stairs only, apologies if this has not been clear.We are sorry to hear that the room was too warm, although the temperature is out of our control we have ensured that a fan is included and the window blinds were closed to not bring in heat. Nevertheless, hopefully we can improve our facilities in the future and we apologise once again for not meeting your expectations. Kind regards,

Thanks for the review , Iam sorry you were not happy with the service we provided , our staff followed procedure where by when a card declines and no response is given to contact over the course the given 48hour period the room is cancelled .
