“We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend...

“One of the few hotels within the Carcassonne castle. So one can't get access to it by car. The guest has to park his or her car at the Welcome Centre on the outskirts of the castle, and the hotel provides transportation between the Welcome Centre and the hotel. “Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations.
