"Great customer service and check in. Nice poolside restaurant. The grounds are very nice but needs more landscaping. A few areas of improvement: The doors inside the apartment did not close at all including the bathroom door, some other things needed repair inside, the sheets did not fit the bed properly, the blankets in the suite didn’t seem freshly washed. The pullout couch was ultra uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. "

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel."
"Very handy location for train station and the walk up to the arena, Roman museum etc. Air con worked well. Helpful on front desk. Map pin is not in quiet the right place and the entrance to the hotel is not easy to spot. Doorway is on raised walkway 3 doors to the left of a very hand City Carrefore minimart. Room was quiet. Good price. Both the central bus station and the railway station are on the doorstep. Bus to Arles 2 euro!"
