Room was clean except for the shower. Shower walls had to be missed when it was cleaned because there was a lot of long black hair on the walls. I mean A LOT! I wiped down the walls as the tub and toilet were clean as was the rest of the room.

The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was okay - they were late serving it so we had to rush through it to get where we needed to be in the morning. The room was really nice and clean. The pool was a little bit chilly and if you have multiple kids it gets REALLY loud in there. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed ourselves. It met our needs for our one night stay.

The room was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!! The only reason I rated the amenities so low was because of the pool. The pool was disgusting. I have never seen a hotel pool in that state. There was something large and furry floating in a filter that kind of looked like a dead mouse? I’m not sure that’s what it was but it was awful looking and as I swam closer to inspect it, an oily sludge came from that filter. The front desk was quick to call maintenance but I was still sad I couldn’t swim. That’s not anybody’s fault though , at least i dont think it is.

The stay was comfortable. I don't know if I'd return though. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the door that housekeeping missed. Also, the halls needed vacuuming and there was gum in the carpet of one of the elevators the whole time we were there. Breakfast staff was busy eating and chatting instead of restocking. I had to spread my cream cheese with a spoon. They also only had lids for one size of their coffee cups. The outside walls and ceilings weren't soundproofed and you could hear everything. The area was very nice though.
