Cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful. Everywhere appeared clean & had a delightful fragrance. Staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable - they knew their stuff 😃. The transfer service to Disneyland was fantastic.

The breakfast buffet at Ink & Plates is great but pricey. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room however was, unfortunately quite loud from neighbors. The sound installation isn't great.

This hotel is very nice. Design inside is on point. Check in was quick and efficient. They even let you check in early. The Archivist restaurant has amazing food, went 2 out of the 3 days we were there was worth it. The Disney shop also sells everything you would need.

The staff was particularly great at the hotel, all friendly and very helpful. The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The room and hotel were also clean and newly updated.

The resort is clean and tidy. The rooms are a decent size and ours had a view out to the pool and the lake. The shuttles to the park are very convenient and run frequently. The only downside is that there is no shop on site. We had to go to Tung Chung mall via cab to get snacks etc. for our room. In future I’d stop there oN the way in on the first day.

We had a layover for a night on our way to Seoul from Sydney. The rooms were so lovely and clean and I loved that we could book a connecting room. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning. The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed. It was a lovely stay.
