โVery nice hotel in a great location. Front staff were amazing. Clean modern room. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Everything is within 10min by car or moped. Would 100% recommend, this is a great value. Laos, english and hmong languages spoken by staff.
Just a quick note, our unit did not have any cooking utensils however there was a fully functional kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation.โ
โWe stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend.โ
โI took a taxi with indicated address but it was wrong. it is quite different place and i took a taxi again, and found out the hotel...but the bathroom have a big hole in a Ceiling between shower booth. I was shocked. it is quite cheaper then other guest house but the condition was poor! never book again.โ
