해변을 끼고 있는 중국인들이 많은 호텔
시내와 떨어져 있어 휴식을 취하기는 좋음.프리셔틀이 오후 2시,5시 두번밖에 없어요.트라이타고 시내 나가는데 300페소.공항에 프리픽업 있어서 좋았네요.비행기에서 내리니 픽업해주는 사람이 나와있더라고요^^

중귝인들이 많아 시끄럽다.
위치가 시내와 떨어져있다(트라이 300페소)무료쎠틀이 오전에는 없고 오후 2시,5시 밖에 없다.조식이 조금 서운하다.이거 빼고는 다 만족합니다.수영장좋고,바닷가 옆에 있고,이런저런 놀거리 많음.

편리한 시설
공항에서 픽업해주며, 공항에서 호텔까지 약 10분 거리임. 호텔 리조트내에 야외 수영장, 말타기, 골프 연습장, 카지노, 스파 등 즐길거리가 많음. 객실내 물 2병은 무료, 냉장고, 커피포트 있으며, 미니바는 없음. 오래된 호텔이지만 객실 내부는 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있음. 대부분의 손님이 중국인이라 중국식당이 운영되고 있으며, 아침 조식은 역시 중국식 및 빵류가 있음. 호텔 인근에 다른 식당은 찾기가 어려우며, 다른 음식을 먹으려면 Laoag 시내 및 로빈슨몰까지 이동해야함. 시내의 쇼핑몰(로빈슨몰 등)까지는 하루에 2번 셔틀버스가 제공됨. 리조트내에서 산책하거나 휴식을 취하기에는 좋음.

Hotel is amazing. Has so many activities. Zoo, archery, driving range, two restaurants one being chinese, shopping, atm, two pols, beach, atvs, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there two times during our stay. Room 342 beds were tolerable. Room 537 bed was too hard and sunk in the middle. I didnt complain because i love this hotel. Will definately stay here again. So sorry to leave it.

Not as it appears in the Expedia description, it needs updating as I felt conned. The staff are trying their best with a very tired and pooly maintained property that has clearly seen better times. There is one bar, and that was taken by a function, leaving us sat in the heat drinking beers from one of their two restaurants. Most of the listed facilities are no longer operating or have already crumbled away, the pools looked okay but not particularly inviting. The room had wet walls and floors as the building sweat from A/C not able to cope with the humidity, sheets and pillows were damp and the place smelled like a wet towel had been left for days, phones dont work, TV didnt work, and an unnerving scorch mark on the wall over the light switch. The staff did their best when we complained, changed the sheets etc. The hotel is remote, dont expect to find any other dining options close by, or anywhere to buy snacks or refreshments on or off the property. If there had been any other options close by with a decent review we would've left.

The property is really nice, unfortunately it wasn't taken care of. it's dirty and the rooms were neglected. furnitures and bed were broken. faucet were leaking, did I mentioned it's really dirty? yup, it's discusting dirty. Staff were nice.

Needs improvement in their amenities. The phone in the room is not working. Lack of face towels, lack of bath towels, not enough bathroom supplies, very thin toilet papers. Not enough hot water in the shower. There’s no elevator going to the second floor . The breakfast is excellent.

The staff were superb. A-plus customer service especially at Cafe Ilocandia. The whole staff made my Mom’s 90th birthday super special. All my guests were treated equally well. My wife enjoyed it too. She felt really safe going around the property. Well-maintained grounds. Will definitely come back again when I want to celebrate something special!

So-so
It’s an old hotel, bathtub was so dirty I wouldn’t shower without slippers on. Beds were pretty uncomfortable too. Food was not good and they got our orders wrong 3x times in 3 days. The location is nice though and the while the amenities are old, it’s nice to have the beach, driving range and pool within hotel grounds.

Man fornemmer straks ved ankomsten at her er noget særligt. Det mærkes og ses tydeligt at der er tale om en præsidents tidligere sommerbolig. Kæmpe stort og fornemt hotel. Men............meget slidt, dårlig mad i restaurant, ingen eller dårlig betjening. De ansatte gør hvad der er muligt for at man skal have en god oplevelse, men ejeren bør renoverer stedet.
