This was an okay stay for one night. Nothing fancy here. No breakfast but coffee maker in lobby Beds were comfortable. Very small tv. No hairdryer. The price was reasonable for what you get

We stay here for WY football games and it’s a good option near downtown. Not super expensive and reliably sufficient. The rooms are big and I have no complaints. The only real reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that it’s just a basic motel / hotel with few frills, but it gets the job done and we have stayed here several times.

This hotel is a joke. I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late because of my flight. I was told to call when I arrived and someone would come check me in. When I got there, I called and someone came to check me in. I stayed for four days and never saw a single employee working at the hotel after check in. At one point, they even ran out of water in the lobby. I had to call the main hotel number from my own cell phone because their phones dont work just to get someone to address the issue. The complete lack of staff and basic hospitality was incredibly disappointing. I understand that some hotels operate with limited staffing or automated check-in, but guests should still be able to get basic assistance when needed. This is a safety issue. For the price and expectations of a hotel stay, this was unacceptable. My advice is to think twice before booking here. If you expect reliable on-site staff, basic amenities, and someone available to help when you need it, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. I would not stay here again, and I would caution others against doing so.

A fixer upper. Late check in was easy but they gave us the wrong room. I'm glad they did because it was lets say groovy. Staff fixed it no problem and "upgraded" us for the trouble...to the room we actually were expecting from the picture they show on line. Old hotel cleanish...don't look to hard. Comfy bed and working AC so could have been worse . Sadly the cost of hotels now days far exceed what used to be deemed acceptable quality for the money. It's ok but not what you expect from the picture

For the money, this was a nice property. It could use some updating and a little more attention to cleaning details, such as dusting, window cleaning, etc. Yes, these are minor things and again for the money it was a good value.

We were passing through town on a road trip booked a room at this hotel not realizing we had stayed there before, but when it was under a different name. We were happy with it seem to be cleaner and more comfortable the second time around. I’m happy with the changes. We did have a good day and I would stay again.

Room was clean, quiet and updated. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Bathroom fixtures needed updating, faucet leaked, unable to notify staff as the greeter was never at the desk. Lobby and coffee machine in lobby was updated and inviting. The website should state there is no elevator in the 2 story building. No breakfast or pool in the hotel.
