“We checked in in the afternoon. Went out for dinner and drinks. Upon our return at the property, we noticed that our room's floor was wet. Water from the a/c unit was coming into the room. Front desk sent an employee with a mop, bucket and towel. That did not fix the problem. Front desk employee said that the hotel was fully booked and that management was no going to be available until monday. They offerd to bumb us to a lesser quality hotel. They did. Management not being available for this...

There was no hot water, the mini fridge was warm, maintenance never came. The rooms air conditioner didn’t cool so it stayed at about 78 degrees. Every day there was power outages. The tv didn’t have signal for channels.”
