“Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. ”

“Das Estaphany liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum Sosúas und somit erheblich ruhiger. Es hat einen schönen Garten und einen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich richtige Wohnungen mit Küche. Wir hatten die Wohnung Nummer 10 mit einem fantastischen Schlafzimmer: ein riesiges Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, hell und luftig. Diverse Abstellmöglichkeiten, Kleiderschrank, alles was das Herz begehrt. Allerdings ist der angegebene Balkon nicht wirklich ein eigener Balkon, sondern...

“I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 ”
