Service by all of staff was exceptional, cleaning throughout resort was impeccable as was room cleaning. Maintenance items were addressed immediately. Great resort!

Grand Decameron Panama, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort
Very bad service for an expensive resort ,not enough personnel long lines on all bars , very low quality food , not internal transportation for a large resort full of slopes and stairs.

It took me quite a while to find the hotel. I assumed I was lost and contacted the property asking them to send a location.
